This page explains the main service types provided by VerityFlow, the typical international shipping methods available from the warehouse to your country, and how pricing and payments work.
- Service categories
VerityFlow offers a combination of Standard Services and Pro Services to support your supply chain from China.
1.1 Standard Services (examples)
Standard Services are basic operations commonly needed for most users, for example:
- Inbound parcel registration
- Basic storage within the free storage period
- Simple consolidation (combining multiple parcels into one carton)
- Basic repacking for international shipping
- Standard outbound handling and dispatch
The exact list and prices are shown on the service pages and in the Service & Fee Terms.
1.2 Pro Services (examples)
Pro Services are optional value-added services, such as:
- Extra photos or simple visual checks on request
- Special packing or re-boxing requirements
- Applying customer-provided labels or documents
- Handling oversize or irregular-shaped items where accepted
- Other customised operations agreed in advance
Pro Services are typically charged per unit, per carton or per working hour, depending on the nature of the work.
- International shipping methods from the warehouse in China
When you create an outbound order, you will see one or more shipping methods you can choose from.
Availability depends on your destination, parcel size and weight, declared value and product type.
The main method types VerityFlow may offer from China include:
- EMS Express (EMS特快)
- EMS (standard EMS)
- Air parcels and air cargo (航空件)
- Sea shipping (海运)
- Consolidated shipping services (集运)
- DHL Express and similar commercial express services (DHL 等)
Not all methods are available for every destination or product type. Details for each shipment are shown in your account at the time of order.
2.1 EMS Express (EMS特快)
Service type
- EMS Express is a faster version of EMS provided via China Post and its international EMS partners.
- It is designed for time-sensitive documents and parcels within defined weight and size limits.
Typical use
- Sample orders, small batches of goods, documents or urgent parcels.
- Shipments where speed is important but you still want postal-type pricing.
Weight and size
- Usually suitable for parcels up to a certain weight per piece (for example 20–30 kg, depending on the destination).
- Size limits apply; oversize cartons may not be accepted.
Tracking
- Full tracking is usually available from export in China to delivery in the destination country.
- Tracking numbers can be checked on EMS or partner websites.
Transit time
- Typically faster than standard EMS and ordinary postal services.
- Actual delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance.
Product restrictions
- Dangerous goods and many sensitive items (such as liquids, powders, some batteries and restricted goods) are normally not accepted.
- Route-specific restrictions apply and must be followed.
2.2 EMS (standard EMS)
Service type
- Standard EMS is an international postal express service operated by China Post and foreign postal partners.
- It offers a balance between cost and speed within the postal system.
Typical use
- General merchandise parcels that are not extremely urgent.
- Individual users and small businesses sending regular packages.
Weight and size
- Suitable for medium-weight parcels within EMS size and weight limits.
- Large or very heavy cartons may require other solutions.
Tracking
- Tracking is available with regular updates at key points (dispatch, arrival, delivery).
Transit time
- Generally slower than EMS Express but often faster than economy postal services.
- Delivery time varies by destination and customs workload.
Product restrictions
- Similar to EMS Express: many dangerous and sensitive goods are not accepted.
- Restrictions depend on destination and route.
2.3 Air parcels and air cargo (航空件)
Service type
- Air parcels or air mail parcels are small- or medium-sized parcels transported by air through postal or logistics networks.
- For larger volumes, air cargo solutions may be used via logistics partners and airlines.
Typical use
- Parcels that need faster delivery than sea shipping but are not extremely time-critical.
- Goods that are allowed to move by air under airline and security rules.
Weight and size
- Air parcels: usually suitable for small and medium parcels within postal or courier size limits.
- Air cargo: designed for larger shipments or multiple cartons, usually for business users.
Tracking
- Most air parcel services provide tracking numbers with updates at important stages.
- Air cargo tracking depends on the logistics solution used and is usually provided via the forwarder.
Transit time
- Faster than sea shipping; slower and often cheaper than premium express services.
- Transit time depends on the route, flight schedules and customs processing.
Product restrictions
- Strict aviation security rules apply. Many batteries, liquids, powders and dangerous goods are restricted or prohibited.
- Details depend on the specific air route and carrier.
2.4 Sea shipping (海运)
Service type
- Sea shipping uses ocean freight routes from China or nearby ports to the destination country.
- Shipments can move as LCL (less-than-container load) or FCL (full container load), depending on volume.
Typical use
- Heavy, bulky or large-volume shipments that are not time-sensitive.
- Business users moving stock, inventory or larger orders.
Weight and size
- Suitable for pallets, multiple cartons or full containers.
- Minimum chargeable volume often applies for LCL shipments.
Tracking
- Sea freight tracking is usually based on vessel schedules and logistics updates rather than frequent scan events.
- Delivery includes ocean transport plus local handling at the destination.
Transit time
- Normally the slowest international option, often several weeks door-to-door.
- Transit time can be affected by port congestion, customs and inland transport.
Product restrictions
- Sea shipping can accept a wider range of products than air in some cases, but dangerous goods rules still apply.
- Additional documents (such as MSDS, certificates) may be needed for certain goods.
Availability
- Sea solutions are usually arranged case by case for business users and larger shipments and may require separate quotations.
2.5 Consolidated shipping services (集运)
Service type
- Consolidated shipping or China consolidation means combining multiple parcels from different Chinese stores or suppliers into one or a few larger outbound shipments.
- The final outbound shipment can move by air, sea or special lines, depending on your choice and feasibility.
Typical use
- Users who shop from multiple online stores and want to save on international shipping by combining parcels.
- Small businesses that purchase from several suppliers in China.
How it works
- Multiple inbound parcels are received at the VerityFlow warehouse under your account.
- On your request, parcels are combined into one or several outbound cartons.
- You then select a shipping method for the consolidated carton, such as air parcels, special lines, sea shipping or express.
Advantages
- Fewer international shipments and potentially lower total shipping cost per item.
- Reduced packaging waste if repacking is used.
Limitations
- Consolidation does not remove customs duties or taxes where applicable.
- Product type, declaration and destination rules must still be followed.
- Very mixed parcels (different product categories) may face more customs attention in some countries.
2.6 DHL Express and similar commercial express services (DHL 等)
Service type
- DHL Express and similar commercial express services operate global courier networks from China.
- They offer door-to-door delivery with customs brokerage and time-definite options in many countries.
Typical use
- Time-sensitive or high-value shipments that meet express regulations.
- Business documents, samples, electronics and other permitted goods.
Weight and size
- Usually suitable for parcels up to a certain weight per piece (for example 30 kg or more, depending on the destination and service).
- Volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ carrier divisor) is used to calculate chargeable weight.
Tracking
- Detailed end-to-end tracking with frequent scans and clear exception notices.
- Online tracking is available directly on the carrier’s website.
Transit time
- Among the fastest options for many routes from China.
- Delivery can still be delayed by customs checks or local issues outside VerityFlow’s control.
Product restrictions
- Strict dangerous goods and security rules apply.
- Many types of batteries, liquids, powders and other restricted items need special handling or are not accepted at all.
- The carrier’s conditions of carriage must always be followed.
Important notes about all methods
- Not every method described above will be available for every destination, parcel size or product type.
- Some routes strictly prohibit certain categories of goods. You must follow the restrictions and instructions shown for each shipping method in your account.
- All transit times are estimates provided by carriers and can be affected by customs, security checks, public holidays and local delivery conditions.
- VerityFlow is not the customs authority and cannot guarantee customs clearance outcomes or specific delivery dates.
- How pricing works
VerityFlow aims to make pricing as transparent as possible by using clear units.
3.1 Service fee definitions
Each service has a clear unit, for example:

- Per working hour or per inspection batch
The product page for each service and the Service & Fee Terms explain:
