warehouse-and-inbound

This page explains how to use your VerityFlow warehouse address, how parcels are received and registered, and what you should pay attention to before your goods arrive at the warehouse.

  1. Your VerityFlow warehouse address

After you log in to your account, you will see your warehouse address and unique customer ID.

Your forwarding address usually contains:

  • The VerityFlow warehouse name or reference
  • Street address, district, city and province
  • Postal code
  • Contact phone number (for local carrier use)
  • Your customer ID or reference code

Important: Please always follow the address format exactly as shown in your account.
Changing the order of lines or omitting your customer ID can cause delays, mis-sorting or returns.

  1. How to fill in the address when you shop

When you buy from Chinese online stores or suppliers:

  1. Use your own name or company name as the recipient name, unless instructed otherwise in your account.
  2. Paste the warehouse address into the address fields.
  3. Make sure your customer ID appears on the address or in the “company name / address line 2 / remark” field, depending on the platform.
  4. Ask the seller to provide a tracking number if available.

If the platform splits the address into multiple fields, place the customer ID in the line that is most likely to be printed on the parcel label (for example address line 2 or company field).

  1. Domestic shipping methods to the VerityFlow warehouse

Your suppliers or sellers normally choose a domestic shipping method within China to send parcels to the VerityFlow warehouse.

Typical inbound shipping methods include:

  • Standard domestic express
    • Common for parcels sent from Chinese online marketplaces.
    • Usually includes a tracking number.
    • Suitable for most general goods that fit within standard parcel size and weight limits.
  • Economy or slower domestic services
    • Lower cost but longer delivery times.
    • May have limited tracking or fewer updates.
  • Freight or pallet services (for larger shipments)
    • For oversize or heavier cargo that does not fit standard parcel limits.
    • Often used by B2B suppliers.

VerityFlow does not control which domestic carrier your seller uses, but:

  • We recommend choosing a method with tracking whenever possible.
  • Please avoid sending items without any label, tracking or correct address.
  1. What happens when your parcel arrives at the warehouse

After a parcel is delivered to the VerityFlow warehouse, we normally:

  1. Perform a basic external check of the carton and label.
  2. Check the weight or dimensions if necessary.
  3. Register the parcel in our system under the customer ID shown on the label.
  4. Mark the parcel as available in your account and, where applicable, send you a notification.

If the parcel arrives without a readable customer ID, we may need extra time to identify the owner, or the parcel may be treated as unassigned according to our policies.

  1. Common inbound issues and how to avoid them

To reduce problems at inbound:

  • Do not send prohibited goods or goods that clearly violate carrier or customs rules.
  • Do not send parcels addressed only with “VerityFlow” and no customer ID.
  • Avoid heavily damaged or open cartons being sent to the warehouse; ask your supplier to pack properly.
  • If the seller splits your order into multiple parcels, ask them to use the same customer ID on each parcel.

If you expect a parcel but do not see it in your account after a reasonable time:

  1. Check the domestic tracking status to confirm that the parcel was delivered to the warehouse address.
  2. Prepare screenshots of the tracking information and order details.
  3. Contact VerityFlow support so we can check within the scope of our warehouse records.
  4. From warehouse to your country – outbound shipping methods overview

Once parcels are successfully registered under your account, you can create outbound orders and select an international shipping method.

Outbound shipping methods typically include:

  • Economy or postal-type services
  • Standard commercial express
  • Priority or premium express
  • Special line routes to certain regions (where available)

Each outbound method has different rules for:

  • Supported destinations
  • Size and weight limits
  • Eligible product categories (for example some routes do not accept batteries or liquids)
  • Transit time and tracking features

For detailed information on outbound shipping methods and pricing, please refer to the “Services, Shipping Methods and Pricing” page and the options shown when you create an outbound order.
